TERMS: Net 30 days from date of invoice (upon credit approval). A 1.5% per month late charge will be imposed on all past due orders or payment will be billed against customer credit card, upon approval, if accounts exceeds 30 days past net terms.

NEW ACCOUNTS: The initial minimum order requirements $500. All new customers will be required to issue a credit card number for payment, plus complete a credit application. Application processing takes 3-5 weeks.

BACK ORDERS: Any item remaining on an order after the initial shipment will be placed on back order and be treated as a new order within 30 days of the initial ship date, unless otherwise specified by either the customer or HDI.

PRICES: All prices are FOB – Pomona, CA.

SHIPPING: HDI does not offer C.O.D. for shipments. The customer will be notified in advance of freight charges and will be responsible for the costs.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier within 14 days from the invoice date. All claims for defective merchandise must be made with HDI within 21 days from invoice date. All claim must contact with Homeview Design., Inc. to issued claim no. Homeview Design.,Inc reject all claim deduct directly on payment.

SHORTAGES & ERRORS: Claims for shortages and errors must be made within 10 days from the date of the invoice.
